what is "system screenshot" vs "take screenshot"

Can one of them do screenshot of anything, even if "screenshot is denied" by the displaying app?

"System Screenshot" is just replicating what happens when you take a screenshot manually in Android. "Take Screenshot" just takes a screenshot and saves it to an image and nothing else.
