Hi all,

I'm wondering if there's a way for me to create a tasker profile that
will let me use a skype call as a state.

I would like to setup it up in such a way that tasker would disable
the proximity sensor and keep the screen on whenever a skype call is
active.

Unfortunately this is necessary to be able to keep the skype call
going as skype requires a minimum of 600mhz processing power to keep
the call going. The WildFire S puts out a maximum of 600mhz when the
screen is on.

Hope someone can help me out..

Thanks in advance!

I just came across the to-do list for tasker, guess i'll have to wait
for the "disabling proximity sensor" option anyway

Maybe it's easier to control the cpu speed when the display is off while on a skype call? There are already actions for this...

Skype can use 2nd stronger speaker, and you can set tasker: Content:
Skype Task: Display Timeout -max. Try it
