plugin Error 2 ???

When I invoke the (plugin) Bluetask it says on my screen "00.40.50/E Discovery: plugin comp: com.balda.bluetask/com.balda.bluetask.receivers.FireReceiver NEWLINE 00.41.50/E add wait type Plugin1 time 70 NEWLINE 00.42/E add wait type Plugin1 done NEWLINE 00.42.50/E add wait task NEWLINE 00.43.50/E Error 2". My Tasker 'Run Log' shows no error. 

I guess that "Error 2" means _something is wrong   ...but exactly what? (I'm running Android 10, Tasker 5.14.6, and Bluetask 3.1.3. Both Tasker and Bluetask are excepted from Battery Optimization [which is not on anyway].). 

So what does "Error 2" mean?

That's a plugin error.  I'm not sure it's developed anymore.  You might try using the Tasker Bluetooth Info action.

I tried again using Tasker Bluetooth Info, and verified it (also the apparently similar Tasker Profiles) will not work with some iBeacons. If the iBeacon happens to be winked off at the end of the scan (as many iBeacons do to save power), Tasker does not report it at all, even though it was winked on sometime during the scan. 

Comparison of apps such as BLE-Scanner with Tasker give different results for these intermittent devices. Apps such as BLE-Scanner say it's winked on much of the time, yet Tasker sometimes reports it as not existing any longer.

Google Play says the Bluetask plugin was last updated only half a year ago. Similarly named packages are also available for Windows and MacOS from several software distribution websites. And BaldApps develops at least a dozen other packages besides Bluetask. So it would surprise me if it's not developed any more.
