Change widgets according to time

Hi !

Is it possible to change what widgets and the settings of the widgets
depending of the time of the day?

You can change the label and icon of widgets with the Set Widget
Label / Icon actions in the Tasker category.

So:

Time: 17:00 - 21:00
Enter Task:
Set Widget Label, WidgetName, "Evening!"

So, I just want to know for sure.
It is possible to make the phone display different widgets with
different settings depending on time of day and what day it is.
When I wake up in the morning, on the homescreen, I see 2 weather
widgets, the agenda of the day and a widget showing the train times
and delays.
if i swipe my finger to another screen i have som differnt widgets and
icons. when the time goes after 9:00 in the moring I get another
layout of the icons and widgets, and some other time I get i third
layout of my homescreens.

When reading you answer it seemes like this is not possible?

It is not possible.

However, if any homescreen developer (LauncherPro, Zeam, etc.) develops a way to remove widgets and add widgets to specific homescreen page, resize widgets, or maybe have homescreen page scenes-like templates, and makes intents available, you could expect Pent supporting that. So I'd say go ask a homescreen dev although each has its own agenda (LauncherPro is too busy with rewrite, Zeam fears bloat, etc.)

If you mean widgets from other apps, your only hope is to have
different
widgets set up on different homescreens, and use the Go Home action
to specify a page (you'll need a homescreen that supports Go Home e,g,
LauncherPro).

With the new widget designer I have in the works you can completely
change the widget layout, content and visibility based on time.
However, not that of 3rd party apps.
