The Fulbright programme has been re-instated in the Pacific Islands. Fulbright NZ is helping to promote these awards.
The US Embassies in Fiji and Papua New Guinea are now calling for applications for Fulbright Scholarships and Humphrey Fellowships from interested citizens of the following Pacific island states: Fiji, Kiribati, Nauru, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu.
Applicants are not allowed to have US citizenship. The application deadline is 1st July 2008.
All enquiries and applications must be sent to the US Embassy in Fiji or in PNG (not to Fulbright NZ thanks).
We ask you to please forward the email message below on to Pacific individuals who may be interested in applying and/or to agencies which will assist in promoting these awards.
