Closed Track Testing of Autonomous Vehicles

 

Atul Acharya is Director, Autonomous Vehicles Strategy & Ops at A3Ventures Innovation Lab, the venture arm of AAA Northern California, Nevada and Utah launched in 2016 with the mission to experiment, invent and test-drive products and services that help us navigate the future of mobility.

 

GoMentum Station, one of A3Ventures’ programs, is the nation’s largest dedicated secure testing facility for connected and automated vehicle technology, with the goal to provide a space, equipment and operational support to AV companies to ensure AV safety before public road deployment.

 

Atul will give an overview of the 2,100 acre GoMentum Station and examples of testing the innovative technology that will redefine the next generation of transportation, including videos of autonomous vehicles under test.
