Nominations for Post Grad Rep & Closing Google Group Email

Hello Everyone

I am writing to let you know that we will be closing down this google group forum for TASA Post Grads in the next couple of weeks as we are going to bring together all of the post graduate communication to Facebook and TASA E-news.

In discussions with new sub-committee we agreed that this was the best way to manage the vast number of TASA Post Grad e-interfaces, particularly as the National PG Role and sub-committee are all volunteer roles.

The new sub-committee are redeveloping the TASA Post Grad website in the coming months, which is being lead by our wonderful new sub-committee member Anthony Kimpton, who is currently doing his PhD at the University of Queensland.

Finally, please note that Nominations are up for the Post Grad Rep position.  I have attached the nomination information.

Just so you are aware, I do about 5 hours per week on the role.  Now that the new sub-committee is on board, you will also be engaged with the members and looking at ways to develop a range of support mechanisms for TASA Post grads in the coming years.
