orcad capture, right clicked the Library tree of Design Resources folder and choosed Add File and placed LIB file and also copied this lib file to Model Libraries

You can enable the Advance Annotation option for achieving this. Since the design is pspice simulation enabled project type hence Advance annotation option was missing. You can change the project type by following the below steps:

I clicked "Yes" to launch Capture using lite license.I thought orcad capture will get well when license server recover.but it didn't.after that,capture enter lite version every time.I tried to fix this problem.
