GE p file

Hello

I have GE p files for both PRESS and MEGA-PRESS acquisition. I would like to look at the single spectra, I have figured out how to look at each individual spectra in TARQUIN but I was wondering if it is possible to export each single spectra out as a separate file so I can view it in isolation or other programs. Also, is it possible to export the averaged OFF spectra?

Hi Tiffany,

If you use the command line you should be able to generate separate pdfs for each spectrum, and you can also create a danger plot (a two column text file) that jmrui can read. Of course, jmrui can probably read the GE data as well.

How do you download the MRS file from the scanner?

The software does not recognize the dicom file
