Hi Martin,

I have recently collected the MEGA-PRESS GABA data from the Siemens 3T SKyra scanner. I collected 32 averages with water suppression and one with non-water suppression. The final data format was two water suppressed data (.rda) (I believe edit -ON and edit -OFF).

I don't have the subtracted data for the TARQUIN processing.

Could you please guide me on how to process the data for absolute quantitation?
