New API 2.0 documentation and PHP library

Hi everybody,

We've improved the API 2.0 documentation by adding error response
documentation to every method.

The API 2.0 documentation is available at http://tarpipe.com/developers/guide/api/2.0

We've also released a PHP library which you can start using right
away. This initial version of the PHP library comes with a bundled
OAuth library (from http://oauth.googlecode.com/svn/code/php/) and
will work right "out of the box". You can find documentation about it
at the doc/ folder.

The PHP library can be downloaded from
http://tarpipe.googlegroups.com/web/TarpipeAPI2.0Client_20090129.tgz

Any feedback about the documentation and the PHP library is highly
appreciated.
