We're happy to announce that we're releasing a huge part of tarpipe
core components as Open Source. This release, called the Tarpipe
Community Edition, is a workflow processing application written in
Erlang composed by the following modules:

- workflowmanager: an application that can manage the processing of a
workflow, given its XML description;
- modelserver: an XSD models server;
- tarpipeutils: a collection of Erlang modules used by the other
applications;
- configserver: our distributed configuration server.

This is the code we're using on our own servers and we'll be pushing
any relevant updates into the Tarpipe Community Edition as well.
Additionally, we've created repositories for our API 2.0 library and
also for a sample connector, which can be a skeleton for any external
connectors developed by you:

- TarpipeAPI2.0Client: the API 2.0 library, including OAuth support;
- TarpipeSampleConnector: a sample connector code and XML definition;

Because all the code is hosted on github at http://github.com/tarpipe,
it will be easier to track any changes, bugs or other relevant
information. Make sure you follow tarpipe on github to be the first to
know whenever any code is updated or released.
