RULES OF ENGAGEMENT:

1) All volunteers must be age of 18 or older to work on the
property.

2) All volunteers must sign an insurance waiver form.

3) Volunteers must sign in upon arrival at the site each day they
perform work.

4) Detailed project assignment will be made for each Volunteer,
and at the end of each day the volunteer must identify what was
completed.

5) Any outside contractors must provide a copy of their insurance
policy to the coordinator.

6) No person without a signed insurance waiver form will be
permitted on the work site.

Hello comrades!

I've updated this topic with details from recent inspections and
meetings.

Resounding Success

The work session held Saturday September 13 was excellent! 11
volunteers participated, and we prepared the six most visible sides
with caulking, nailing in loose clapboards, new clapboards, and the
removal loose paint. A few places have already been painted with a
first coat of the finished color. The tint is a bit lighter than the
existing color, which will really brighten up the building.

Next weekend we will get the painting done - if you are available
please come by between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM for the morning session (or
to work all day) or if you are bust in the morning just come in for
the afternoon session between 12:30 and 1:30PM. We have plenty of 4"
brushes, but if you have a 9" roller frame and a tray you can help uis
move right along.

We are also in need of a good tall ladder than can reach up about 28
feet to the peaks.
