In case you didn't see the reminder for Saturday's Hybrid Hash in your inbox: where to look

Greetings, Fellow Hashers!

After posting the reminder for Saturday's event earlier this afternoon, I didn't see it in my inbox.  In case this has happened to you, below is a list of other folders where it may be "hiding". 

Where to Look
• All Mail folder: This shows everything in your account, including archived messages. Search for the subject line or keywords from the announcement.
• Trash folder: Just in case it was accidentally deleted.
• Promotions or Updates tabs: If you use Gmail’s tabbed inbox, Google Groups messages sometimes land here.
• Search by sender or subject: Try searching for the Google Group’s email address or a unique phrase from the announcement.
• Filters and blocked addresses: Check your Gmail settings to see if any filters might have auto-archived or redirected the message.
• Google Groups web interface: Go to groups.google.com and find the group. You can view all posts there, even if they didn’t land in your inbox.

Today's happy ending: a few minutes ago, I looked in all the folders listed above and found it in the "promotions" folder. What a relief! With that in mind, it only makes sense to share this information with all of you, since this sort of thing could happen to anyone. 

Hopefully, though, the reminder landed safely in all of your inboxes.
