Tarheel Hashers

A hash is a non-competitive running group: it is a social occasion comparable to a hare and hound event. The hare is the runner who marks a trail in flour or chalk or shredded paper, and the hounds are the rest of the runners who will follow the trail. Fun and refreshments included!
