Public Theater Shakespeare Workshop & Performance in the garden!

Hello Target garden members,

 

I need your help!

 

The Public Theater is hosting a very special free Shakespeare workshop for teens and young adults in the garden Friday, August 13^th from 4:00-5:00pm followed by a one hour performance with their troupe of actors for the whole community.

 

This is an incredible program and gift from the Public Theater and not to be missed by anyone. If you know of any summer/youth programs in the area that would be interested in attending please pass on their information to me so I can be in touch to ensure we have a good attendance for the workshop.

In the meantime it’d be great if you could spread the word to everyone you know! Let me know if you’d be able to help me distribute flyers and I’ll send you a package in the mail right away.

Hi Rachael

 

I'm sorry to have to miss the meeting but I am in Spfld, MA tending to my mother.  I did have some concerns however, someone has taken ALL of the peaches off of the tree even before they were ripe.  I don't know how to address an issue such as this but this has happened two years in a row.

 

In addition, guidelines for parties in the garden must be clear cut and enforceable.  The party held in the garden on July 9 was supposed to be over by 10:00.  At 12:30 someone came to my house to have me lock the garden when they had clearly indicated they had a key and would lock up.  They did clean up very well but the timing was definitely an issue.

 

All else seems to be fine.  We will certainly miss Jeralyn!
