Dear Kitty:
This is Carol McGibbon, at 960 Bedford Avenue. I read your e-mail and am very concerned about what happened in the community garden. One of my concern is were you able to contact the person who had left their phone and find out why the garden was left in that condition.
Also I am concerned that everyone is being penalized for the actions of this person, without everyone having a community meeting to established what should happen because of this incident and how we as a community can make sure that everyone knows the rules of the garden and determine who has access to it.
Please e-mail me to let me know what the status of the situation is and when would be a good time to have a community meeting.
