0.9-beta2 (0.9b2) released!

Hey everybody, I released 0.9-beta2 last night. Upgrade with:

pip install --upgrade tarbell==0.9b2

This release fixes several bugs (including a very annoying bug related
to reconnecting to Google drive in the preview server) and moves new
projects to a submodule-based scheme for tracking the base template.

Projects created with 0.9-beta1 will continue to function properly,
but you'll want to convert to the new structure at some point. I hope
to write a short guide to this after I present Tarbell tonight.

Project templates should now have a branch that corresponds with the
Tarbell version they should be used with. E.g.
http://github.com/newsapps/tarbell-template has a 0.9b2 branch which
is used when creating a new project with Tarbell 0.9b2. This was
introduced for backwards compatibility but I believe will have some
advantages going forward.
