Request update on Registration/Re development

Dear friends

2012 began with a tremendous hope with Ramaniyam coming forward with a proposal which primafacie appeared to be a win -win for all

However this was not to be and somehow there seems to be complete silence on this topic and am not sure whether I have missed out on some mail updates.

Ofcourse the TFOA AGM minutes/updates are very useful to give some update but then what is the way forward now now that we are nearing the end of 2012 .

Hi,
This is Ramaiah Yarlagadda, I have bought MD11 in January 2002 and let the group in 2006 after series of meetings we had with ALACRITY and Flat Owners affected.

Just know I spoke to Mr. Ashok Karnad and he said there is some positive development and results will come by 1st week of January 2013.

Happy New Year. hoping for the best and prepare for the worst. I am not sure if the association office is on top of all the issues and putting the same on table transparent .

during the days of lancor, i heard statements like "how could lancor talk directly to residents" to now "should the association get in for conversation with Ramniyam"

may be I am wrong! but the best way forward will be to have an open discussion
