Hi,
I have paid the full amount already at the time of possession of the
flat. So, question of paying again for the land does not arise. I am
already struggling to pay the loans taken to buy the flat, for which
we are facing an ordeal for more than 10 years. Now, on top of that,
if I am asked to pay for more money, it is a gross injustice.
