Tarangini project, Phase -3, Malhar, MD # 3.

Dear Chandrasekar Sir,

I like to bring few points about my flat MD # 3 and
please clarify.

1. Tarangani project consists of 6 phases, Three phases are yet to be
started. I’am one of the flat owner of Malhar block which is
incomplete (still under construction, Block A & D completed)as per
planning permit no:B/25577/426/28/97 approved by CMDA vide letter
no:B3/7803/97 dated 16/10/97 and building permit no:1036/97 &
956/97/12 dated 24/10/97 permitted by Ambatur municipality.

2. Phase-3 consists of three blocks namely Malhar, Kalyani &
Charukesi.Malhar &Kalyani flat owners are having all rights of other
flat owners in this project. I have all documents like charukesi
flat owners.So separating the flat owner from block wise not
acceptable.I’am highly objecting to demolish the building Malhar &
Kalyani.

3. I already paid complete amount Rs 11,06,805/-in August 2000 and I
suppose to get flat in Dec 2000 as per the agreement dated 11th Feb
2000 between me and AHL.

4. I & other flat owners of phase-3,met land owner (Late)Mr.Ranga
Rao many times in 2004-2006 in his T.Nagar office to settle the
problem between land owner & Builder AHL. But Land owner is not
willing to do registration to the flat owners. Now why the land owner
is taking other builder when the existing builder exists in T.Nagar.

5. The existing three phases are to be completed to all flat owners
who are having with roof and without roof by utilizing the existing
builder AHL or with AHL approval.

6. Intially land owner joined with AHL, and took money from me as
land cost Rs3,06,760 on 28th April 1999.Now land owner joined with
Lancor to fetch money from some unknown person for my share.
