This letter written on 11-7-11 sent to Mr.Prasad mail of lancor
because I could not access your google groups and nobody to guide
also. Today(27-7-11) Mr.Bhaskar Singh has guided me how to access
this group. I reproduced the letter below.

Dear Sir/Madam,

First my thanks & namaskarams to Mr.R.V.Sekhar,MD., Ms.Mallika
Ravi,CEO,Mr.Rajaraman(VP) who have visited to our place to discuss
various issues related to our Tarangini project.

Eventhough there were some emotional outburst both sides due to
frustration but your approach and gesture impressed us.We are
happy that we have seen bright light at the end of the tunnel. We hope
the light will bring all prospects to the pathetic souls of this
project.

I personaly like your systamatic approach to the problem.

My name is K.Ravishankar possessed a flat in Sivaranjani "B" Block No.
12(SB-12). I booked this flat in 1995 and possessed in 2001 WITHOUT
TITLE i.e. still no registration done. This was supposed to be done
in 1997. I paid full cost without any due.The possession has been
taken by me after undergoing trauma and severe financial loss.i.e.
paid unncessary rent elsewere because of delay of handing over my flat
due to tussle between Builder and landowner.

We would like to express that we are middle class pathetic souls
more than Mrs.Sudha Rani wife of Mr.Ranga Rao, undergone mental agony
and financial strain years together.

Due to health problems quit my MNC job and my wife is supporting me,my
mother and one son.

So I have reason and justification to get my flat registered

a. free of cost as I paid full
b. financial loss suffered due to delay due to tussle between Builder
and Landowner.
c. mental agony suffered due to delay due to tussle between Builder
and Landowner.
d.do not have any additional means to pay extra as I am jobless
e. suffering undergone more than Mrs.Ranga Rao
f. my brother-in-law booked a on my assurance

(My brother in law Mr.Shankar booked a flat in Charukesi- A-6 (CA-6)
paid only two lakhs as advance not pursued further due to
frustration in delay of project and could not get back two lakhs till
date).

The day is not far to stand on any one of 12th floor roof of your
apartment and wonder where are my problems gone.

Again my wishes and regards to everyone..
