To the Lancor team,

Am very optimistic bout the long pending issue being resolved with
your involvement.......but you all would have to bear in mind the
agony,strain and frustration of the flat owners specially those who
have paid and do not have a roof !!!...please do not take their out
bursts personal !!
we need you to understand our point of view.

We are a group who, have been cheated ,let down and taken for a ride
for over a decade . Many efforts were made by our members to resolve
this issue thru regular net working between the old developer and the
land owners with no progress what so ever.Some of our members during
the course of our efforts to resolve the issue have expired !!!

Now that you all have had first hand experience during the first
interaction, please give each member a feeling of confidence and
comfort by addressing each issue with a distinct element of
understanding and compassion.....to go along with you to resolve this
long painfull issue...!!!!
