The Shaastra Aspiring Coordinators Meet (ACM) is scheduled for Friday (18th April) from 7-9PM at IC&SR. This year's core team will take the opportunity to introduce you to the various departments, talk about changes in team structure and the new initiatives we will be taking this time. Try not to miss it. Following this there will be a number of group fundae sessions held by the current cores for those who are interested in applying.

The application portal will be open soon after the ACM, and your applications will be due tentatively by the Wednesday (23rd) after. Those of you who would like to know more, please find attached a list of previous year coordinators and cores. Feel free to contact them for clarification, ideas, etc.

Before applying for any department it is best to meet all the previous coordinators and if possible the cores of that department. For those applying for Sponsorship, PR and Networking, the list of CFI (Centre for Innovation) and IAR (International and Alumni Relations) heads will also be of use.

Events team will have two new posts on the team structure: Head for a sub department like coding, design and build etc., and Head for techsoc. 

Please do attend the Shaastra ACM for more updates!

Two cores have already started regular training sessions. If you are interested in these departments, feel free to call them and join in.
