Karthikeya, Achyut, and all the aspiring secretaries, and each and every second year who came cause we called, thank you all. :)

So that's one thulped, four more to go.

TREASURE HUNT

Date: Sunday, 2nd March
Time: 10 00 am
Venue: SAC

This is a really crucial LitSoc  event in terms of the number of points we stand to gain (or lose, if we don't put enough fight). I'd really like all of you to put fight, seniors and juniors alike.

For those who don't have an idea about treasure hunt,

Treasure Hunt, as the name suggests, is an event where you are given a set of clues which you are required to decipher (crack) and go to the location it points, to get the next clue. We keep finding clues, until we reach the final treasure. It's a lot of fun and involves a lot of senior-junior interaction.

So there are two parts to this event:
1. Actual cracking of the code. This involves some puzzle skills, and thinking out of the box.
2.The actual finding of the clues, which, in my opinion is more fun than the first option. We need a lot of people for this.

For cracking the code, I'd really like some of the third, fourth and fifth years, if not all, to put some enthu. Especially the final years, like Sanchit, Basu, Bart, Suraj, Jerin, Kurian, Pranay, Satra, and others. We could really do with some help from your side tomorrow. KP, Mardava, Swaroop and Chinmoy, Rajath, Karthikeya, and all enthu seniors, we'd like you to be there too, to crack the clues.

The second part, the actual finding of clues, is the most important part. It's no use if we dont have people to go get the clues even if we crack the clues. I'd like to see ALL the second years who are free (on a Sunday morning :P ) to assemble at the Quadi by 9:45 PM. Baggy will regroup you into groups of four and designate different destinations where we might find clues.

MBA junta, we could really do with some help from your side as well. Please try to turn up tomorrow at the quadrangle. There won't be any running around! :P We could take your help in solving clues.

It's enough if seniors get involved and second years just turn up in large numbers tomorrow. We'll place.

Hoping to see you there!

Call me (9952993777) or Baggy (9962305052) for any other clarification. Let's go get it :)

Cheers,
Rajaram

Dear all,

Our Current position in LitSoc: Third
Major Events coming up in March:

Treasure Hunt
Light Music (Group)
Light Music (Solo)
Short Film Making (SFM)
Dramatics

This will be the thread to communicate regarding any of these events.

The first event is the Treasure Hunt (Group Event), scheduled for tomorrow (2/3/2014).

We shall be having a LitSoc meeting at the common room today (1/3/2014) (5:00 pm) to plan out the course of action for these five events. The SocSec, all the head vols, and I, will be present for the meeting.

All those who are enthu in even one of these events are encouraged to come. All the MBA junta as well, please do find some time to be here. We could do with your inputs. :)

P.S: Where we'll place in LitSoc depends on how we fare in these events. 5 pm, common room. Be there.

Cheers,
