Konjacface sponges can be used with your favourite cleanser to quickly and effectively remove makeup and surface impurities from your skin and are much more gentle than a washcloth or scrub and effective for exfoliating even the most sensitive skin.

Exfoliation is important to dislodge dead skin cells and grime, to cleanse and brighten skin, and help prevent the build up of impurities in the pores, which dull the complexion and cause blackheads or pimples.

It takes freakin' forever to get anything done close to an elder guardian. What, if anything, am I missing to make life easier in an Ocean Monument. I have killed one Elder Guardian, but the other two won't stop pestering me, and I haven't found them yet.

You will have to get rid of them to get it to finally stop. To get through the walls to find them, you could cover TNT in blocks to remove all water that could interfere with the TNT and then ignite it.

If you can get sponge, clearing the water becomes much easier, just start at the ceiling and work your way down. The elder guardians are located one at the top, one in the treasure room, and one in the other side of the monument.

That one sponge will help get you quickly a foot hold in a smaller room. Place it just in from the corner on the ceiling and then you can place torches up there for better visibility and easy air pocket to work from. Keep your eye out for a sponge room, which is a small something like 8x8 room located in the ceiling above a small room of the same size below. One of those rooms will contain about 30 sponges.

Slime Blocks (and another block type, possibly Netherrack also) are minimally affected by the mining fatigue, so they are very useful when the Elder Guardian(s) are still present, and you want to clear water by using the place block - destroy block method...

The equipment I like to use is potions of Night Vision and Strength, and on my diamond armor, Protection IV, Depth Strider, Respiration III, and Aqua Affinity. Probably overkill, but whatever, I hate getting killed. I place a torch at my head whenever I need another breath.

Kill the elders first, and then you will be fine, for the elder's are the one that provide the mining fatigue, so you should start with that and then worry about the raiding/destroying part of the temple after.

Wiki shows same time to break for sand w a diamond shovel as netherrack w a diamond pick, so yeah. Interestingly, a golden pick would be twice as fast as diamond for netherrack, and you could get 130+ uses out of the golden pick if it had Unbreaking III on it.

I like to use the netherrack to build a guardian-beam-proof platform above the point of the pyramid, to house my nether portal. A misclick, placing a block wrongly, isn't a huge obstacle even if mining-fatigued, if using netherrack.

The more Elder Guardians you kill the longer milk lasts. With 3 elders, one zaps you every minute, so you get zapped 3 times a minute. When you're down to two, you only get zapped 2 times per minute. I just killed the second elder, so I'm down to one, and if I drink the milk immediately after getting zapped, it lasts a full minute.

Dromia dormia, the sleepy sponge crab[3] or common sponge crab,[4] is the largest species of sponge crab. It grows to a carapace width of 20 cm (8 in) and lives in shallow waters across the Indo-Pacific region.

Dromia dormia has a widespread distribution in the Indo-Pacific region. Its range extends from East Africa (including Madagascar, the Seychelles and Mauritius) and the Red Sea through the Malay Archipelago, south to Queensland (Australia), north to China and Japan and as far east as Hawaii and French Polynesia.[1][2] It is mostly found in shallow waters, with the deepest record being 112 m (367 ft).[2]

Like other related crabs, D. dormia camouflages itself by carrying a sponge on its back, which it cuts to size with its claws, and then holds in place with its last two pairs of legs.[5] Instead of a sponge, D. dormia has occasionally been observed carrying other materials, including a hollow piece of wood, and the sole of a discarded shoe.[2]

Dromia dormia was among the first dromiid crabs to be collected, because of its large size and the fact that it occurs in shallow waters.[2] It was first described by Carl Linnaeus in his 1763 work Centuria Insectorum, under the name Cancer Dormia. An earlier description was published by Georg Eberhard Rumphius in his 1705 work De Amboinsche Rariteitkamer, but this predates the starting point for zoological nomenclature.[1] There are a number of related species, which have often been confused with each other, including "Dromia rumphii", some examples of which are now considered to belong to Lauridromia dehaani.[2]

What is the best way to clean the black of Big Red Sponge? Mine looks filthy from use. Black. I have left it in bucket solution of no rinse and have rinsed and rung it till my hands got tired and it still looks dingy with dirt. I guess I am a little anal about it not looking 100% clean even tho I guess it is? I saw someone mention wash machine but with what to clean it? Or would soaking in bleach work? Thanks for any help

Welcome to the Optimum Forum! You should wash the Big Red Sponge periodically and not in the washing machine or in bleach. Rinse it out in hot water and Power Clean/APC, or dish detergent. This will allow accumulated dirt to dissolve. Rinse until no more dirt is released.

It is actually very clean but the staining doesn't come out even after washing several times. In the past I have gone back to doing a 'normal' 2 bucket wash a few times with it and the colour goes back to normal.
