Hi Michael,
Sorry to here that you are having issues. One possibility for why your
tab bar is disappearing could be that something is being loaded over
the view that has the tab bar in it. Have you added any custom view
controllers to your app? If you'd like, you could send us you app
delegate code and our engineers could take a look at it and probably
tell you what's wrong.
Thanks for using TapLynx and let me know if you have any more questions,
Tyson
Ok great thanks Mike!Looks like the newest version of the TapLynx library resolves this issue. Please download at TapLynx.com and see this page, http://wiki.taplynx.com/wiki/Upgrading/Updating, for details on updating your project with the latest version of TapLynx.
Thanks!

I was the original poster on this topic. Sorry I haven't gotten back on this. I was going to do what Tyson suggested in response to my post, but then I decided that I needed to update the app to the latest library. I did that and the problem went away. I never did find out why it was happening.

Hi Colin,I never heard back from the original poster on this one so I'm not sure if my suggestion was a solution or not. You said that yours was working until about a week ago, did you change the version of TapLynx that you are using? Unless you downloaded the new library, nothing could have changed on the TapLynx side. Please let me know and we will figure this problem out.Sorry for the issue and thanks for using TapLynx,
Tyson

Couldn't decide if this warranted a new thread or not. However with TapLynx 1.5.2.a, Xcode 4.5.1 and iOS SDK 6 I'm seeing this problem. It appears that on first launch when it does a check for the network config the tabs can go away. Subsequent launches or if I turn off the webconfig check seem to not cause the problem.Anyway, hope this can be looked at as part of the update being done for iPhone 5 and iOS 6 support./Caleb
