Release Candidate 12 is now available at:

https://github.com/taplynx/TapLynx-iPhone/tree/testing

The same caveats as earlier today apply: we believe this is the best TapLynx ever, but we cannot recommend or support using it in production or for submissions.

We believe this fixes the "black box on detail view" issue that has been reported. It also re-enables debug mode for additional diagnostic testing of issues.

If you encounter issues, please add the following to your NGConfig, re-build and re-test your application, and then copy the output in your console log with your report:

TapLynx_Debug (Boolean) YES
TapLynx_DebugLevel (String) ALL

Please try this version at your earliest convenience and let us know if it fixes your reported issues, or if there are any new issues we should be aware of.

Thumbnail-loading goes fine in RC 12. It's pretty fast, as far as I
can tell. Gonna release a RC12 build of my app to my testers and see
what they get...

I have stumbled across an issue. The regular RSS tab seems to work
fine with colors. I am having problems with the PhotoGallery tab. It
is not accepting the default color or any customizations. Here are
some screenshot to illustrate.

We gave this release a try and for some reason, the Twitter share
function doesn't show up in the app. We set
NewsItemHTML_PostToTwitterCommand to YES.

We created the Twitter app and input the consumer key and secret. Do
we have to wait for the Twitter team to enable our xAuth access for
the Twitter share function to work?

You will have to wait for them to approve before it actually works, but I think that once you enter the two keys the button will at least appear.

We entered the two keys, but the button doesnt appear. Pretty strange.

Push notifications are working. However, the Alerts Tab is blank.
There is no way for the user to choose the Alerts they receive. It is
on or off for the whole app via the notification center. I did see
something about the Alerts tab no longer being required. Is this
true? If, so how is a user to configure their alerts?

Does RC12 support remote config file?
I tried doing the remote config by changing the NavController color.
The new color in the remote file applied, however, when I tried change
it back (the color in the remote file), it won't apply.

I am consistently having trouble sharing to twitter from one of my
Tabs. This tab is a media rss feed. The other tabs I share from, news
based rss feeds share no problems. The error is a Twitter Oauth error.
I have tried sharing without the links to YouTube. I have tried
sharing with a bitly URL and I have tried without any URL. But I get
the oAuth error. This does not happen on the other tabs. I am usin the
same account for all.
