RC11 is now posted to the GitHub TapLynx testing branch:

The standard caveats apply: while we believe this is the best TapLynx yet, we cannot recommend or support using it in production or for submissions.

Please try this version at your earliest convenience and let us know if it fixes your reported issues, or if there are any new issues we should be aware of.
