When there is no network connection the web ad shows and is blank! Bad user experience.. a big blank 50 px web view at the bottom of the app! Also, there are API's to tell you when the web view has finished loading. The web view the ad is in should not be presented to the user until it has finished loading. What you get is a blank view that depending on the persons network connection .. 3g, edge, or worse can take some time to load. Meanwhile the user gets the big nasty white 50px tall blank web view at the bottom of the app. This is a huge bug in my opinion. I have a lot of users and I hate putting the app out in this condition. It is an easy fix!

Steve, yes, that does sound like a problem, although it may be something else as I believe it does check to make sure the ad it's about to display has a valid (ie, non-zero) height. Also, customer issues like these should go t the official support address, sup...@taplynx.com so you can get an official support ticket number, yours for this one is #394. Well a week later and no updates... :( 
I am available for contract if you need someone to fix it that knows what they are doing.. 
I really like the convenience of the Library but the lack of support is a bit discerning! I have customers up my a** without any communication here.
