Dear Seniors....

A warm Greetings from the Alumni Relationship Team of 36th batch of Production Engineers !!!!

This mail is to remind you that the Annual Alumni meet for this year is to be held in the Evening of 5th March 2016.

We, your beloved Juniors from 36th to 38th batch of Production Engineers with our newly joined freshers from Mechanical & Production department along with our very own Hon. Dean Dr. A. Rajadurai & Head of the Department Prof. A. Jothilingam & Other staff members are eagerly expecting you all at the Alumni meet.

We request you all to show up maximum as possible and please make up your traveling plans according to it. We assure that the Alumni meet will be one of the most memorable event in your life with many events which will bring your memories back to college life !!!!

We get back to you soon with the complete itinerary of the Annual Alumni meet.

In order to complete the details in the Master Alumni database with us and to keep you Seniors informed about the happenings in College as well as in department as per the advice of our HoD Prof. A. Jothilingam we have decided to create a separate Whats App group for every batch from batch 1 to 35.

1. Each group will be maintained by a Second year & Third year student. For each batch 2 students have been allocated.

2. The students will be posting updates regularly.

3. You are advised to add your classmates to the group if he/she is not in the group.

4. The representatives will provide you with the information he/she is having with you.

5. To avoid unwanted messages in the group, you are advised not to post anything irrelevant.

6. The group's sole purpose is to improve contacts between the Alumni with the current students and none other.

7. You may call your representative or the head of the Alumni relationship team for any clarifications.    

We need your complete co-ordination on implementing this group interaction possible & a huge success.
