I have done extensive research on the current outstanding dues. Many have no lien filed. We have lost the opportunity to collect on perhaps 3 (see list) .
I may stand to be corrected on this list if anyone knows more about the facts.
One of the larger amounts has the property changing ownership this month. There is an OLD lien from 2007. Let's see if it collects the $10,000+ that is owed.
I made a suggestion to Brad that we look into foreclosing on properties that have no mortgage currently against them. That puts US in the first place position for collection. He is checking with Kim (our attorney) to see what would be involved.
I will be at the next meeting to follow up on the progress of this list.
