I’d like to make sure I understand the hierarchy of the various bits.  Is this how things are organized (assuming you have several tours under one tour set)?

Tour Set
- Tour 1
  - Stop Group
    - Audio Stop
    - Image Stop
    - Video Stop
    - Web Stop
- Tour 2
  - Stop Group
    - Audio Stop
    - Image Stop
    - Video Stop
    - Web Stop
- Tour 3
  - Stop Group
    - Audio Stop
    - Image Stop
    - Video Stop
    - Web Stop

Assuming this assumption is correct, in which order should one create things?  It appears that:
- Stop assets like Audio Stop and Image Stop need to know the Tour Name.
- Tour needs to know the Root Stop (optional)
- Stop Group need to know the Tour and Stops
- Tour Sets needs to know the Tour names

So it seems you should create things in this order:

1. Stop Assets
2. Tour
3. Stop Group
4. Tour Set

Does that sound right?

Thanks!

Don,

Pretty close, your hierarchy is correct, but I would change the order a bit.

Create the tour first, then each stop with the stop groups coming last. Then after creating all the tours create the tour set.

If you create the tour first you can attach everything to it as you go.

There is also a Drupal block that you can add to your side bar that adds links to create each stop type.
