Web App won't display in IE??

Maybe there is a setting I missed, but I can view my web-app tour just fine in Chrome but not in IE  (10.0) or Firefox (22.0) on my PC. It also does not display in Safari on my iPad.  I have the latest web-app code (v 1.1.0) from github.

In IE, the error in the web console says:

  SCRIPT1018: 'return' statement outside of function 

  Tap-Web-App-1.1.0-with-dependencies.js, line 44580 character 29

  SCRIPT5009: '$' is undefined 

  tap-web-app-master, line 19 character 9

In Firefox the web console error message is:

  [23:27:24.319] SyntaxError: return not in function @ http://wnyaerotest.bitnamiapp.com/drupal/tap2/tap-web-app-master/dist/js/Tap-Web-App-1.1.0-with-dependencies.js:44580

[23:27:24.380] ReferenceError: $ is not defined @ http://wnyaerotest.bitnamiapp.com/drupal/tap2/tap-web-app-master/:19

I notice that other examples (IMA and MNHS) work just fine. Can't remember which, but at least one of those appears to be running version 1.0 of teh web-app???

Also, something that may be related is that we had to change the case of the reference to Tap-Web-App-1.1.0-with-dependencies.js in the index.html file as follows:

  From: TAP-Web-App-1.1.0-with-dependencies.js

  To:   Tap-Web-App-1.1.0-with-dependencies.js

Maybe I should post that as a different issue?

A bit more info.

It also does not work in Safari.  I get the same error messages as in IE.  :(

Have you been able to try the latest updates? I believe this issue should be fixed.
