At work we are moving our Drupal instance to the cloud. We're going from Drupal 6.37 to 7.43. This means that I need to take all of our Tap content from our local server and move it to the cloud. I don't know a lot about Drupal, really just enough to be dangerous. Can someone help me get started on the process of setting up TAP on the new server and moving content?
I don't know if these are the right first steps, and I'm willing to start over if I have to, but this is what I've done so far:
- Download the TAP module https://github.com/IMAmuseum/tap-cms/archive/master.zip
- Unzip and copy the content to /sites/all/modules on the new server
- Go to the Modules option on the Drupal Admin site and start installing and enabling the missing modules that TAP needs. The list is rather length, about 19 missing modules.
At this point I don't know what to do next. I can download the TAP ToupML and Bundle, but I don't know how to upload it to the new site. I can also export the db if need be, but what do with it again is a problem.
Any help, insight, guidance would be greatly appreciated.
