Dear TAP Bostonians:
Hope you all have been able to participate in at least one of our events since we kicked off this chapter less than 8 months ago -- and that you like having the chance to connect with fellow Taiwanese professionals, trade resources/tips on local food, and celebrate our shared Taiwanese "yuan fen / 緣分" while we live/work/breathe/play in Boston.
As the starting founders/organizers, Chia, Phoebe and I want to thank you all for your support and participation -- without you, there couldn't be a group like this in Boston. We really enjoy having the privilege in bringing everyone together and doing what we can to build a stronger network to empower each of you and our community. Now that our chapter has grown more, we want to share that privilege with more of you!
This Thursday at Leisure, we will have an open TAP Boston brainstorm meeting to discuss ideas for growing the group and planning future events/projects. Come stop by, say hi, or even stay awhile to share some ideas, and maybe even walk away with 1-2 tasks you can help with -- we know everyone has busy schedules, so we appreciate as much or as little you feel comfortable contributing. No pressure at all, other than to have some bubble tea of course :)
TAP Boston Chapter Meeting
Thursday, July 1, 2010
8pm at Leisure Station (the new bubble tea place near Kendall/MIT station)
Our tentative agenda:
- Drink bubble tea!

- Get update on what other TAP chapters are up to around the country
- Brainstorm ideas for our chapter events, projects, services, etc.

If you can't make it for any reason, please send us any ideas/suggestions you'd like us to discuss this Thursday, and stay tuned for a recap and ways to help!
