Funny, it is traditional chinese calligraph, so probably they were
shot in Taiwan.

on the 5th picture, it says something like "we are using sea bass that
has no polution and no residual chemicals". is food safety a big issue
in taiwan as well?

Kind of, especially the rural areas with less strict regulations.
Looking at China today reminds me of my life back in Taiwan 10+ years ago.  Government regulations exist, but a lot of evil inner loops make these regulations untrustworthy.  You hear news reports of cancer-related additives being mixed with various food, from manufacturers of all sizes, all the time.  It has gotten much better now, but it's still not to say that these problems have been completely eliminated in Taiwan...

Also, since Taiwan now imports a lot of food from other places such as mainland China, a lot of problems, such as the the milk powder incident, is still quite influential at Taiwan.
