Some bugs are fixed related to Live Search/Filteration.

Now History tab support DELETE key to delete unwanted item.

+ fixed bug on displaying items with SUBJECT but without BODY.

+ fixed bug with double clicking -> goto proper item in outline on some tags (filteration results)... it did not work. Now it does.

New command View->Expand Selected (Items)... is added.
