3.21 - NEW BROWSER TAB, ETC

Version 3.21 is ready for download.
Links and Templates are now out of general tab. They will accessed only in Navigator (tabs there)...
Brand new embedded IE-based browser is added. In test mode so far... + additional Links outliner aside browser..... may be it's unnecessary... do not know.... the time will show.... It's planed to implement ANALISYS of browsing page later....
Some bugs are fixed...
In Links and Templates tabs DOUBLE CLICK inserts their selected content into base outline...
Clicking on subject label (on the left side of subject field in Content Editor) sets GROUP type for item...
I started to write help.... Help partly updated.... but it's just the begining of the way....
Styles elements (sizes) are altered a bit...
