How long can you keep items at your location? What if I buy one item
which arrives at your location, and then I decide to add another
order. Can I pay for them together?
Do I pay first before you buy the item for me?
Can I choose which national shipping you use?

Hi, I think I can hold the item for you as long as I can. I ever following customer's request hold a package about 1 month.   You can order item separately then combine shipping .  You can choose country you want to delivery, actual postage will be asked.
