RFC: Introduce an App Platform Metapackage

Hello everyone,

 

We are requesting comments on proposal 2848: Introduce an App Platform Metapackage.

 

This proposal aims to introduce a set of packages that aid in developer workflows atop clusters. Packages are software like knative-serving, kpack, and cartographer. The proposal then aims to provide a single package (metapackage) which wraps these packages together and gives a unified install experience of the various components.

 

Please feel free to add any comments to the proposal. We’re currently planning to keep the RFC window open until 02/14/2022.
