Seeking Consultant to update Zanzibar's Community Health Strategy

Dear all,

D-tree International is pleased to support the Zanzibar Ministry of Health in engaging a consultant to provide technical leadership in updating the 2011 Zanzibar Community Health Strategy (CHS) for the period of 2019-2025, which will include a digital health system as a core component of the strategy.

Key components of the CHS revision efforts will include updating the national strategy around local health committees, incorporating community health volunteers into the CHS (including defining CHV responsibilities, service package, oversight, etc.), outline of how the digital health system will support CHV workflows, and the management and coordination of the proposed community health program.

Please see the attached consultant Terms of Reference for more details of the assignment and required qualifications. We ask that you please circulate to your networks and/or send us recommendations of individuals that may be interested, qualified, and available.

Qualified candidates should submit a cover letter and their CV to Rachel Hofmann rhof...@d-tree.org by August 20, 2018. We will work with the Zanzibar MOH to shortlist candidates and will then request a short proposal from those shortlisted.
