Tanzania Web Solutions is looking for a proactive and organized Business Personal Assistant to support daily operations, assist in sales & marketing, manage schedules, and assist with client communications. Ideal for someone detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and a passion for business support.
· Client Management
o Assist with onboarding and initiating communication with clients
· Scheduling & Coordination
o Prepare and manage daily/weekly schedules and calendars.
o Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders for meetings and deadlines.
· Communication & Support
o Respond to basic client queries professionally and promptly.
o Act as a liaison between clients and internal team members.
· Office Administration
o Manage office issues and provide administrative support.
o Maintain organized records and documentation.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal abilities.
· Knowledge of sales & marketing
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google workspace
· Self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented & creative.
