1. Assistant Transport Manager (One Position)

Requirements:

·         Minimum 4 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in the tourism sector.

·         Strong understanding of the tourism industry and its demands (long hours, weekends, and holidays during the peak season).

·         Strong organizational and communication skills.

·         Proficiency in MS Office applications; ERP system experience is an added advantage.

·         Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

·         Ability to formulate administrative procedures for driver-guide allocation.

·         Ability to verify mileage and fuel efficiency using GPS data.

·         Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail and a positive “I Can” attitude.

·         Ability to meet strict deadlines.

 

Job Description:

·         Oversee transport operations and daily fleet management.

·         Liaise with the flight department, overseas tour operators, and other service providers to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.

·         Prepare vehicle movement orders and transfer schedules.

·         Submit daily operational reports to the Transport Manager.

·         Maintain strong collaboration with Reservations (FIT, Series, Accounts).

·         Allocate safari guides in conjunction with the Transport Manager.

·         Conduct briefing and debriefing sessions with safari guides.

·         Monitor mileage reports and scrutinize circuit claims.

·         Supervise transport quality standards.

·         Remain accessible on duty mobile 24/7.

 

2. Reservations Officer (Two Positions)

Requirements:

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an ERP environment.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

·         Strong communication and presentation skills.

·         Experience designing itineraries, costing, and preparing safari packages.

·         Strong understanding of tourism industry demands.

·         High attention to detail with the ability to conduct service audits.

·         Ability to meet deadlines and train junior reservations staff.

 

 Job Description:

·         Design, cost, and prepare customized itineraries and safari packages.

·         Prepare and present proposals to overseas agents professionally and accurately.

·         Ensure all bookings are entered and managed correctly within the ERP system.

·         Liaise with Transport, Guest Relations, and Accounts departments.

·         Monitor and audit service quality standards.

·         Handle amendments, cancellations, and last-minute changes efficiently.

·         Train and mentor junior reservations staff.

·         Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing structures.

·         Maintain strong communication with overseas tour operators.

 

 3. Guest Relations / Meet & Greet Staff (German Speaking – One Position)

 Requirements:

·         Fluent written and spoken English (essential) with a fluency in German (mandatory).

·         Degree in Tourism or Diploma in Customer Service.

·         Must reside in an area with reliable phone connectivity.

·         Excellent problem-solving and diplomacy skills.

·         Ability to handle demanding clients and agents 24/7.

·         Strong organizational skills.

 

Job Description:

·         Oversee all guest relations operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.

·         Present proposals professionally to agents and clients.

·         Ensure compliance with company standards in uniform, documentation, and presentation.

·         Train and supervise Meet & Greet staff.

·         Follow up on guest questionnaires and feedback.

·         Ensure smooth ground operations for all guests.

·         Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.

·         Liaise with transport for vehicle allocation.

·         Communicate effectively with overseas agents regarding guest matters.

·         Supervise reservations when required and brief safari guides on special requirements.

·         Maintain excellent product knowledge (parks, itineraries, distances, etc.).

4. German & French-Speaking Experienced Driver Guides (Five Positions)

Requirements:

·         Minimum 10 years of experience guiding German and/or French-speaking guests.

·         Valid and clean P.C.V. (Class C) license.

·         No accident history.

·         Excellent health, energy, and passion for Tanzania.

·         Strong knowledge of Tanzanian wildlife, history, flora, and fauna.

·         Ability to maintain high customer service standards.

·         Adaptable and flexible to tourism industry demands.

 

Job Description:

·         Conduct professional safaris within Northern Tanzania using 4x4 safari vehicles.

·         Deliver high-quality guiding services in German and/or French.

·         Provide accurate and engaging wildlife and cultural interpretation.

·         Conduct vehicle inspections before each safari according to company standards.

·         Ensure guest safety, comfort, and satisfaction at all times.

·         Maintain cleanliness and proper care of the assigned vehicle.

·         Prepare trip reports and complete required documentation.

·         Continually expand knowledge of wildlife and conservation.

·         Represent the company professionally at all times.

·         Work long hours, including weekends and public holidays.

 

5. German & French-Speaking Airport/Border Transfer Drivers (Four Positions)

 Requirements:

·         Minimum 5 years of driving experience with a clean driving record.

·         Fluent English required; German or French is an advantage.

·         Ability to drive at night and early mornings.

·         Must hold the new type of driving license.

·         Minimum age: 27 years.

·         Experience driving minibuses and Land Cruisers.

·         Reliable, responsible, and punctual.

 

Job Description:

·         Provide safe and timely airport and border transfers.

·         Transport guests between airports, Arusha hotels, and borders.

·         Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness at all times.

·         Conduct basic vehicle safety checks before assignments.

·         Assist guests courteously with luggage and inquiries.

·         Maintain professional appearance and conduct.

·         Ensure punctual arrival and departure transfers.

·         Communicate effectively with transport and operations departments.

·         Work flexible hours, including nights and early mornings.

 

6. Receptionist & Telephone Operator (One Position)

 Requirements:

·         Working knowledge of computers.

·         Experience in the service industry is preferred.

7. Workshop Stores Staff (Two Positions)

Requirements:

·         Honest, reliable, and dedicated team player.

·         Working knowledge of computers, especially in an ERP environment.

·         Experience in the service industry is preferred.

·         Receive, inspect, and record spare parts, tools, lubricants, and workshop supplies.

·         Maintain accurate inventory records (digital system).

·         Monitor stock levels and report low inventory for reordering.

·         Organize and label spare parts and tools systematically.

·         Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

·         Ensure proper storage conditions for parts and consumables.

·         Issue spare parts and tools to mechanics as required.

·         Record parts usage per vehicle/job card.

·         Support workshop cleanliness and organization.

·         Assist in sourcing spare parts from approved suppliers.

·         Compare quotations and support purchasing processes.

·         Inspect and verify all deliveries against approved purchase orders, ensuring the authenticity, correctness, and quality of all spare parts received.

·         Maintain supplier records and contacts.

·         Maintain job cards and service records.

·         Track vehicle service history files.

·         Ensure workshop safety procedures are followed.

·         Promote safe working practices in the workshop.

 

Job Requirements:

·         Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related field (preferred).

·         Basic training in storekeeping or inventory management is an advantage.

·         Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in workshop, automotive stores, or spare parts management.

·         Experience working with 4x4 safari vehicles (e.g., Land Cruisers) is an added advantage.

·         Familiarity with inventory management systems is beneficial.

·         Basic knowledge of vehicle spare parts and mechanical components.

·         Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

·         Attention to detail and accuracy.

·         Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software).

·         Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

·         Good communication skills and teamwork ability.

·         High integrity and trustworthiness with a strong sense of responsibility

·         Proactive and problem-solving mindset

·         Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

·         Based at workshop/garage facility in Arusha

·         May require occasional overtime during peak safari season
