We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identifying, approaching, and securing new business opportunities from corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and other potential customers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize sales and customer retention.
- Preparing sales proposals, quotations, and negotiating contracts with clients.
- Working closely with the Reservations Team to ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and conversion of bookings into confirmed sales.
- Conducting regular client visits, sales presentations, and business development meetings.
- Preparing and implementing monthly sales plans, sales forecasts, and activity reports.
- Monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Representing the company at trade fairs, networking events, and industry functions.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3–5 years' proven sales experience, preferably in the tourism, hospitality, or travel industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong business development and customer relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems will be an added advantage.
