We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven Administration Officer Intern to assist our Administration Department with administration related task.

What are we looking for?
· Holder of a Certificate or Diploma in Administration, Business Administration, Accountancy, Office Management, Records Management, or any other related field from a recognized institution.
· At least Upper Second-class grade.
· Candidate must be a fresh graduate or with relevant post qualification working experience of not more than One (1) year Good working knowledge of office administration procedures and practices.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Ability to maintain proper records, filing systems, and documentation.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
· Detail-oriented with good attention to accuracy.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.
· Positive attitude, reliable, flexible, and willing to learn.
· Basic knowledge of office equipment and general administrative support duties
· Ability to work independently as a part of a team.
What will you do?
· Provide administrative and secretarial support to corporate management and staff.
· Manage and maintain corporate records, files, and documentation in both physical and electronic formats.
· Prepare, draft, type, and proofread corporate correspondence, including letters, memos, reports, and internal communications.
· Record daily Operations Cost for reconciliations purposes.
· Receive, register, and dispatch official documents and correspondence.
· Coordinate and schedule meetings, board sessions, and corporate appointments, including preparation of meeting materials and minutes when required.
· Ensure proper document control and confidentiality in line with corporate governance standards.
· Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
· Assist in maintaining company statutory records and basic corporate documentation.
· Support Human Resources, Finance, and Legal departments with administrative tasks as assigned.
· Handle front office coordination, including receiving visitors and managing official communications professionally.
· Follow up on assigned corporate action points and deadlines.
· Ensure the office environment reflects professional corporate standards at all times.
· Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.
