A JONIOUR ARCHITECT OR CIVIL ENGINEER POSITION

Schroeder Investment Company is a construction company dealing with building residential houses. We are looking for a motivated juniour architect or civil engineer who stays in Moshi or Arusha to work on the development of residential project

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Assist in designing and planning residential building layouts

2. Coordinqte with contractors, suppliers and authorities

3. Prepare drawings, documents and project proposal

4. Ensure compliance with building regulations and quality of standards

5. Take on increasing responsibility in managing the project lifecycle

QUALIFICATIONS

1.Degree studies in architectural or civil engineer

2. Basic knowledge of planning tools eg; AUtoCAD, ArchCAD

3. Willingness to learn quickly and work independently

4. Reliability, problem solving, skills and motivated to take ownership of tasks.
