We are seeking the responsible & experienced individuals to fill the following positions:
POSITION: STOREKEEPER. (1 POST)
REPORTING TO: OPERATION MANAGER & ACCOUNTANT.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and issue stock in accordance with established
procedures and standards.
• Place orders through the online procurement system as per company
policy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing
goods.
• Ensure all reports, invoices, and related documentation are properly
filed and securely
stored.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and full stock-taking of all store
items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storeroom, including
both interior and exterior areas.
• Assist the Cost Controller in inventory management and cost control
activities.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of goods, particularly food and
beverage items, in compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all
times.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Certificate or Diploma in Stores Management, Procurement, or a related
field
• Previous experience as a storekeeper (experience in a lodge/hotel is
an added advantage)
• Good record-keeping and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (Excel or inventory systems preferred)
• Honest, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills in English and Swahili
RECEPTIONIST-1 POST.
REPORTING TO: RECEPTION SUPERVISTOR.
Duties & Responsibilities.
• Great and welcome all guests, assist them with check-in, check-out and
maintain friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanors at all times.
• Provide guests with information about lodge facilities, service etc.
• Handle billing, payments and issues receipts.
• Prepare daily occupancy and sales reports.
• Participate in the room’s inspection before the check in of the
guests.
• Answer all company’s phone calls from internal and external
professionally.
• Build strong relationships and liaise with all other departments to
ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient
manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by management.
Education and Qualification.
• Proven experience as a receptionist preferably in hospitality.
• Certificate or diploma in hotel management or any related field.
• Education in hospitality/Hotel industry.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking/reservation
systems.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Able to handle money.
• High level of personal hygiene.
• Polite and patient.
• Able to work as part of team
• Neat personal appearance.
• Must have the age of 25-35
POSITION: WAITER/WAITRESS. 1 POST
REPORTING TO: RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR.
Duties & Responsibilities.
1. Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.
2. Ensure you are neatly dressed and are wearing a badge.
3. Greet customers with a smile and show them their tables.
4. Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about
portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)
5. Inform customers about the day’s specials.
6. Offer menu recommendations upon request.
7. Up-sell additional products when appropriate
8. Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a notepad and pen.
9. Ensure customers meet minimum age requirements for consumption of
alcoholic beverages.
10. Effectively communicate with kitchen staff to make sure orders are
accurate and delivered promptly.
11. Serve food and drink orders.
12. Carry dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to kitchen for cleaning.
13. Deliver checks and collect bill payments.
14. Follow all relevant health department regulations.
15. Carry out any other duties as assigned by management
Education and Qualification.
• Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system
• Certificate or diploma in hotel management.
• Bar and barista skills will be an added advantage.
• Attentiveness and patience for customers
• Must have the age of 25-35
• High level of personal hygiene
• Excellent presentation skills
POSITION: MAINTENANCE OFFICER. (1 POST)
REPORTING TO: OPERATION MANAGER.
Duties & Responsibilities.
1. Daily inspection to the lodge to ensure it meets safety standards.
2. Supervise all maintenance activities.
3. Find ways to reduce maintenance cost in the lodge.
4. Communicate with operation manager of all maintenance issues in the
lodge.
5. Arrange for routine maintenance in lodge rooms, kitchen, offices etc.
6. Make sure all company’s properties e.g., generator, laundry machines,
water pumps are in the good condition.
7. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
8. Monitor maintenance supplies and tools inventory.
9. Monitor and maintain swimming pools.
10. Maintain maintenance records and logs.
11. Prepare and submit daily maintenance report to the management.
12. Any other assigned duties from the management.
Education and Qualification.
• Minimum experience of 5 years in maintenance activities.
• Must have certificates or diploma of maintenance from VETA or from any
recognized college.
• Proven experience in general maintenance (preferably in hospitality or
lodge environment).
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems efficiently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong knowledge of various machines and equipment.
• Must have knowledge of electrical and plumbing.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must have knowledge of electrical (3 phase) and plumbing.
• Must have the age of 25-40
