Are you a sociable and energetic individual with a passion for hospitality
and hosting? Join our team in Arusha as a Bar/Front of House team member,
where you'll play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our
guests.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing excellent
customer service and addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth arrival
and departure process.
Develop weekly specials, drink menus, and promotions to enhance guest
experience and boost sales.
Host games, events, and happy hours to foster a lively and enjoyable
atmosphere for guests.
Conduct general banking activities on a weekly basis.
Ensure regular stocktakes are conducted and maintain adequate inventory
levels.
Assist guests with booking safari tours and processing payments.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the bar and communal areas, adhering to
hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in bartending and/or front-of-house roles, with
cocktail-making skills preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and
outgoing personality.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity and initiative to organize events and promotions to engage
guests.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as
required.
