 NOW HIRING: CUSTOMER CARE / WHATSAPP SPECIALIST (ARUSHA)
Are you a tourism or hospitality graduate who loves talking to people and helping them?
We are looking for a smart, fast, and friendly communicator to handle WhatsApp and client communication for a fast-growing health company.
This is NOT a boring office job.
You will:
Chat with clients on WhatsApp (no cold calling)
Help people understand our services
Book appointments
Follow up and build relationships
Be part of a high-performance team
 YOU ARE:
A tourism/hospitality graduate (preferred)
Fluent in English + Swahili
Fast at typing and using a smartphone
Friendly, confident, and professional
Able to handle many conversations at once
Obsessed with great customer service

Have worked in a hotel, tour company, or front office
Understand how to handle international clients
Can sell naturally without sounding “salesy”
